Customer service is an important part of our business since we always strive to keep our customers happy. If ever a problem should occur with our machines, please don’t hesitate to contact our offices or your local dealer.

All our products are handmade here in Asheville, NC so we are very equipped to handle your servicing needs. What’s nice about our service department is that the same group that builds the machines, repairs them. No one knows the Brush Blazer better than them.

PECO prides itself on building the best equipment on the market. That being said, we are always trying to improve our products based on what we see and/or hear from our customers. These improvements sometimes results in “update” kits. If ever a problem occurs, please contact us. If we don’t already have an update kit, we will make one up to solve the problem for you and other existing customers. Now granted, the Brush Blazer has been on the market since ’02, so a lot of the
“bugs” have already been worked out.
